About the role
Are you a proactive and decisive Planner with experience in complex construction projects? On behalf of our client in the Netherlands, Q4S is looking for a Project Controls professional who maintains an overview of integrated project and yard schedules. In this role, you actively manage progress, analyse risks, and ensure seamless coordination at the operational level.
Responsibilities
- Preparing an integrated, overall yard, project, and production schedule
- Monitoring and managing the actual execution against the schedule
- Maintaining, managing, and communicating the schedule at the operational level
- Discussing project progress, deviations, and root causes with relevant stakeholders
- Identifying risks and advising on targeted mitigation measures
- Analysing the impact of changes on the overall schedule
- Ensuring an up-to-date and reliable integrated Yard Schedule
- Ensuring a timely and accurate flow of information to all stakeholders
- Reporting on progress and identifying potential conflicts at an early stage
Requirements
- MBO level 4 or HBO (higher vocational) education level
- Relevant work experience as a Planner
- Demonstrable work experience within construction projects
- Strong helicopter view and an independent working attitude
- Excellent adaptability and strong persuasive skills
