Production Coordinator Assembly

About the role

Are you an organisational talent with experience in shipbuilding and ready to take assembly to the next level? As Production Coordinator Assembly, you are the connecting link between the shop floor, engineering, and project teams. Together with the Production Leader, you ensure structured preparation and flawless execution of complex production activities.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Production Leader with the preparation, management, and execution of production activities
• Ensuring work is carried out in accordance with schedule, budget, and quality standards
• Liaising with colleagues from production, engineering, and project teams
• Ensuring structure, progress, and quality on the shop floor
• Coordinating daily execution and aligning with other departments
• Ensuring prerequisites such as work packages, materials, and information are in order
• Taking over operational management in the absence of the Production Leader
• Monitoring quality, inspecting delivered work, and making adjustments where necessary
• Identifying risks and contributing to a safe working environment
• Reporting on progress and deviations

Requirements

• MBO+ or HBO working and thinking level
• Experience in a production environment within the shipbuilding industry
• Strong planning and organisational skills and the ability to set priorities
• Good communication skills and able to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset

Nice to have

• A completed qualification in a technical discipline
