About the role
Are you an experienced QA Lead Auditor with a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality improvement? For a leading organisation in the Netherlands, we are looking for a driven professional who can further develop and implement the QA policy. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards within a dynamic and challenging environment.
Responsibilities
- You develop and implement the QA policy and associated procedures.
- You carry out internal and external audits in accordance with ISO standards.
- You analyse audit results and prepare clear reports.
- You oversee the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- You proactively advise management on quality improvements.
- You maintain contacts with certification bodies.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar QA role.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree level of working and thinking.
- Demonstrable experience as a Lead Auditor.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and relevant industrial standards.
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Independent and proactive working attitude.
- In possession of a Lead Auditor certification (e.g. IRCA).
- In possession of a VCA VOL certificate.
Nice to have
- Experience within steel construction or heavy industry.
- Knowledge of other management systems (e.g. ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Affinity with digital QA systems.
