Welder — Heavy Industry / Offshore

About the role

We are looking for welders with a passion for the trade and experience in heavy industry or offshore. People who are proud of their work and know what quality means. You work on challenging projects in heavy industry, offshore, wind energy or shipbuilding, where quality and safety are paramount.

Responsibilities

• Performing welding activities in accordance with WPS procedures
• Working on structural steel, special alloys or pipelines
• Collaborating with welding inspectors and QC personnel
• Maintaining weld registers and quality documentation
• Identifying and reporting deviations
• Complying with safety and quality standards on site

Requirements

• Valid welding certificates: MIG/MAG (136/138), SAW (121) or TIG (141)
• ISO 9606 or AWS D1.1 qualification
• Minimum 3 years experience in heavy industry, offshore, wind energy or shipbuilding
• Accustomed to working with WPS procedures and quality inspections
• Willing to work on location or offshore

Nice to have

• Experience with structural steel or special alloys
• VCA certification
• Offshore certificates (BOSIET, GWO)
