About the role
For our client in Rotterdam, we are looking for an experienced NDT Foreman to lead a team of repair welders and monitor the quality of welded joints. You will combine leadership with hands-on welding inspections and ensure that planning, quality, and safety are maintained. A varied role within a technical production environment, working in a 2-shift system.
Responsibilities
- Managing a team of repair welders.
- Monitoring planning, quality, and safety.
- Checking and assessing welds with VT, MT, and UT.
- Registering and reporting inspection results.
Requirements
- Experience with welding inspections and NDT.
- Experience as a foreman within a technical or production environment.
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system.
- Valid UT, MT, and VT Level 2 certificates.
